Bought this set for $26 plus shipping ($15) from HK, got it in about a week.
I didn't know what to expect but I can finally say I'm super pleased. The quality is excellent, no loose blocks, no loose joints. There are a bit under 400 pieces in the set, took me a couple hours to build, the legs being the most difficult. I ended up missing one piece (not an important one) and having a few extra pieces. Tires are rubber. I think the only disappointing parts of the building process were the torso (only a few big pieces) and the forearms. I would have liked to build them from scratch like for Diablock Convoy but hey, what can you do. Also the grey head and cab pieces don't look too good, I might try to paint them later. The only thing I changed from the original plan are the pegs to hold the legs and the rear halves together. I switched from the shorter to the longer ones.
Transformation from truck to robot is pretty simple:
-detach the guns/tanks
-separate the front end in two to form the legs then swing them down 90 degrees
-swing the smaller vertical tanks around
-flip up the knee pads
-fold down the hood pieces
-separate the rear end in two
-swing the arms forward and unfold them
-slide the chest toward the rear
-rotate the rear halves around and up
-flip up the head
-reattach the guns under the forearms
You're done!
Head can't turn, no knees, legs can swing in/out and front/rear (no rotation), arms can rotate 360 at the shoulders, foreams can move up/down and swing in/out.
All in all, a pretty fun set. Robot mode may be less poseable than Diablock Convoy, but the alt mode and transformation are better. If you like Legos, Optimus Prime and Transformers, this set may be for you.
