Looks like a knock off to me. It has elements from the ROTF leader but things that are off as well. It doesn't have the side windows on the chest and the holes in the hands are just ridiculous.

Wow. Theres just all kinds of crazy going on with that guy, eh? Random gold chrome bits, massive retooling to the ROTF Leader mould, simplified look (in some ways good - in some ways bad). Seems like a hellava lot of weird work to be a knock-off. A cheap company isn't going to go through that much effort to knock off a toy, and if it was a third party company trying to make some cash, they...well...they would have done a better job. Zing! Guess we'll find out sooner or later. :)
