I figured a few of you may be interested in this add-on from iGear so here's some information and pictures...

IIRC, the history of this design originates from the original release of the "PP-01 Faith Leader", the infamous small-scale knockoff of MP Prime. In that original release, you got some custom hands that broke easily, a mini MP Prime with fragile joints, and an additional headscupt that looks more anime-accurate. Seems that this headscuplt was one of the best things of that release...BUT...in the second release they offered an Orion Pax and a Megatron headscuplt instead and didn't offer the anime scupt...WTH???....if you wanted the uber-cool Anime Prime headscupt, well you had to fork over another $110 and buy a "PP-02 Faith Leader" which is basically Ultra Magnus.
For the, ahem, iGear faithful, the new sculpt became oddly desirable.

Ok, back to the original story. It seems just before the holidays they scaled this bad-boy up to the original MP Prime size, and sold it for $18 including shipping, so I promptly bought it. AFAIK they are still in stock and might be a good choice if you're interested in the look but don't care about transformation...more on that in a bit.

Okay, here are the basics:

The out of box experience is pretty good, you get a nice box with foam packaging, and a little stand for your head. The original head will peg onto the stand, but it's loose.

Here's where you get a really good feel for the differences...there is considerably more width to the new head thanks to the antennae, but otherwise the proportions are the same. There are subtle sculpting differences across the entire head, and they all come together nicely. Yes, the mouthplate still works on the iGear.

Just pop your old MP Prime head off and install the H-01. In a word I think it looks fantastic. I really enjoyed how much it freshened my MP Prime.

Here's a closer view. The finish is A-1, quality is great. There is a very minor difference in the blue...I find the iGear blue a little darker than the factory blue...but since it's not next to the legs, it's hard to notice.

Now I was 99% certain before I bought it that it wouldn't transform...and I'm here to confirm that very fact. The head will not allow MP Prime to transform to Alt-mode. This may be a show-stopper for many of you. For me, I have an MP-04 in my display for an Alt-mode, so I really wanted the iGear H-01 for my MP-01, but if you only own one and like to Transform your MP Prime, this head may not be for you.
That's about all I have...questions/comments welcome.
