I found myself a lego top hat on ebay an spent a few days, painting a ROTF Hubcap. I must be a sucker for punishment with these white repaints. I made him a con, because anyone wearing a suit must be evil.

I've been working on a Go-bot from this mold as well. The Lego top hat works great as does the black against the white. Great job!

Thanks guys! I'm still searching for a monacle and a cane. Any suggestions?

The hat does not stay on during transformation. :( With the head popping up through the hood it just would not fit.

Monocle: Just grab a junk CD Jewel case, and cut one from that.

Cane: got a broken telescoping radio antennae laying around?...or even styrene rod would work too....

awesome update to a couple of classics!!!
(jeepers creepers still rocks too)

that fits the mold rather well!!
i'd say try to attach his top hat to his trunk in alt mode, almost like the "continental" boot from the old days of heavy cruisers!!

for a cane, what about 8-4 guage wire bent and painted?
very cool job overall.....now where's "puzzler"????:D

Awesome ideas. The jewel case will be great. I'm gonna have some trouble tying a string around it I'm sure.

I just finished installing a washer/dryer in the house and I have some extra 12 guage wire left over. I'll try the wire first and see. I do have a pack of randome styrene rods too. It may need some sort of jewel on top too.

I thought about mounting the hat on the trunk for alt mode. Maybe I'll make a little trailer for it that turns into a roulette table or something.

It's odd that you would mention Puzzler....
