Non-TF custom. Gremlins 2 Mohawk Spider Mutation

I am still working on The Fallen now that I have the original and the blue release I have merged them but my time has been spent working on this figure. I found the body I needed from a MOTU board of a King Webstor figure and knowing the size of Mohawk and Webstor I knew I could merge the spider body with Mohawk. Then someone showed me a pic of a custom where someone saw the same potential I did. So then I REALLY knew I could do it. Anyways, still needs some work done, lots, but going pretty good so thought i'd share it.
Once Fallen is done i'll post him as well but he's at base coat at the moment and has lots still to go. I did however merge both Fallens and I am happy with it.

My paintwork isn't done yet. I'm trying to get as close to the movie as I can. I added more spiderleg detail yesturday as well. I have plans to remold the hands into a more menacing way than flat out but it will be tricky. The original Mohawk comes with the Spider beaker thingy and small display so he'll have it. The Youtube vid shows it as well as it comes with him. Yeah when I was told someone else used the same spider body, I wasn't copying them I just happen to see the MOTU King Webstor and put 2 and 2 together then someone showed me that someone has done the spider mohawk before. I thought theirs was good but bland. Neither Mohawk nor the spider body was really painted. Mine is 100% repaint, even the mohawk (red and black) was redone. I will also spray a shiny laquer over him to give that wet slimy look he had but only when I feel i'm done done done working on him. I'm really happy with where things are going and will have a new update pic sometime this weekend.
Fallen however, that project is PISSING ME OFF! The QC on blue Fallen is pure SHIT! Of all the customs i've done i've NEVER had a toy break on its own in so many different places. However, the original release toy seems to be good QC as i've never had issues with it even when I first painted it way back when. My joke to keep me sane is "Fallen keeps fallen apart" lol. Seriously though, parts that should not have broken did and i'll post pics of them at some point when I post Fallen

Mohawk's body is too long but looks great. You should make the fruit face guy and the girl, that would be tight.

Yeah that's the only downside. Actually the other downside is I wish Mohawk had his mouth open, would be scarier. If I had a proper spider body to use I woould have but this is the closest I could find and I found it by someone elses MOTU King Webstor custom toy. So i'll consider myself lucky to have a body, longer than i'd like but still works with what I could find.
