Just seeing who's got tickets already in the Vancouver lower mainland area and how many of you are going to which theater and when.

I got tickets for Metropolis July 2nd 8pm and Metropolis July 3rd 7pm

When you guys watching it?

I'll probably skip opening night; too crowded for my tastes. I was thinking about catching a matinee on the 4th or 5th downtown.

There's only one 8pm screening for each theater and Metropolis will most likely be a packed theater since it is located at the mall.

Although this isn't the states, an articles states that 8000 advanced tickets were sold in 8 minutes in LA.

I remember when 300 was sold out a day for one of their evening showings on the first Friday.

The fact that its also a Stat holiday adds to the bonus for the movie-going public

I'll be going to the premier tomorrow night in vancouver. Then I'll probably be hitting up Mission Silvercity on the 2nd or 3rd.

However, I don't like the crowds on the weekends either.

I didn't know that you liked Titaniums. I thought that I was the only one who liked them. Unfortunately, I'm not big on the "War Within" 6" Titaniums.

Having won the Reprolabels faction symbol contest, I figured I may as well get some figures to go with my Decepticon Air Force symbol. The 6" Titanium line is the only way for me to get a Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp that share a mold since the BotCon set is so damned expensive.

Looking at the pictures on Seibertron.com, I actually like the standard Voyager version more than the Robovision version. I'm still not sure whether I'll even get him.

Back on topic:

It looks like the movie has 3 showings on Monday and a full set of shows (matinees included) for the rest of the week. I might sneak out of work early to catch the Tuesday 4:30 showing down town.

Haha~ I got the feeling July 4th is going to be more crowded than Saturday for the Transformers' movie. I am going to the Riverside SilverCity in RIchmond! That is the best threater around BC I think. Same here, going with my girlfriend =)

I didn't buy the tickets in advance. We watched the 10 pm show. We should have lined up much early. We ended up with bad seats.

The audience was cool - big transformers fans!

The movie was better than I thought as well. My memories of the trailers confused me a bit during the movie.

of course it will still be crazy, its only the first week or first 4 days rather. Its gonna be crazy for a good 2 or 3 weeks. TOnight is my 3rd viewing and it is officially the first weekend so I got my tickets a day in advance and will be showing up 2 to 3 hours early to lineup.

Ah, thats the beauty of living out in the valley. Went to Mission Silvercity on Tues. My wife got our tickets after work and then we showed up about 7-ish for the 7:45 show. We were only about 20-30 people back from the front of the line and got great seats.
