It's my first purchase too, and I ordered a few more things to take advantage of the shipping.

Left my Pile of Loot on though...I think I'm going to wait until September to get it shipped, call it a birthday present to myself. :-p

I didn't use the POL feature but the status of my order say "shipped". I hope your problem gets sorted quickly, bud. :(
