Can't wait to see what it looks like. I haven't been overly impressed with Fansprojects upgrade set so far, therefore I'm pretty excited to see what a MP Rodimus would be like.

That set looks nice and all, and I was seriously considering picking it up since I'd FINALLY get a Classics Rodimus, but I think the solid version just looks so much better than this 'see-through' version.

So, I wonder what type of vehicle its alt mode will be?

If he is as tall as MP Prime and stays in scale with MP Prime + Binaltechs/Alternators (i.e. 1/24) it must be something huge... may be a RV (a true Rodimus Prime tradition), a 2 tons truck or a military vehicle like a armoured personnel carrier?

I'm still really hoping this will be a Hot Rod that can turn into Rodimus (possibly with the trailer as add-on armor to do so). Ideally (for me) Hot Rod would be a little smaller than MP SS or Grimlock (but bigger than the Alt/BTs) and then Rodimus Prime would be between MP SS height and MP OP height.

But all that is just wishful thinking and who knows what they've got planned exaclty, but I cant wait to see it.

After the downsizing they did with the Seekers & Grimlock, I wouldn't be holding my breath that this could be the same height/size as Prime & Megatron. Pretty sure those will be the only two Masterpieces released at that size... unless of course this Rodimus figure gets bigger based on attaching additional parts. I just hope that it's Rodimus Prime and not Hot Rod since the Alt/BT version already fills that character gap pretty nicely imo.

I'm not sure how they can pull off a convincing Rodimus Prime; the key is what to do with the trailer. Would it be incorporated with his robot mode, or would it transform into a battle platform like his G1 toy?

I'm glad they're finally putting out another MP mold, just too bad it had to be Rodimus. There are other characters I'd much rather see, but all in due time, I suppose.
