first of all, didn't retail for 35$, second of all 39.99 + tax = 45$

and last thing, keep in mind its trade in value is still 40 bucks.

The $40 price is a limited time offer (thought it was sposed to be a one day thing but Wal-Mart and Best Buy are still offering it). The game does cost $65 at EB... I'm sure they have it used for the low price of $55. $35 is a good price for the game used all of two days.

I'm sure EB is selling a used copy for the whopping low price of $55 right now. The $40 was a one day price, after all.

they dont have any confirmed this morning from warden/eglinton ebgames, i rememebr when i bought yakuza 3, their tradein value was 40$ and used was going for 59.99 compared to the new one that was 64.99.
