Run best, probably - I can see it going a bit smoother/more fluid on 360 than PS3. In terms of overall graphics, my PS fanboy-ism aside, I think PS3 will match or exceed the 360 though.

Hopefully yeah. I am contemplating picking up a PS3 for this game and free online play.

Ps3 IMO has the best controller set up/design, you can put more game on their blueray disk than the 360's dvd based games (no disk swapping for multi disk games) but the 360 reads disks faster than the PS3 does. 360 cost $$ to play online and get demos, the PS3 is free...so far but they will start charging this fall for a "premium" service that gives you the "good " demos and free ingame items and other stuff.
