The arms seem way too spindly to me. I get that they didn't really form a part of her altmode in the cartoon so they pretty much had to do it this way, but I'd trade a bit of show-accuracy for a more solid toy any day.

Arcee's function has been listed as Valkyrie somewhere before, in terms of official TF stats.

I don't get why people are saying this works better with G1?? This looks nothing like any G1 toy I've ever seen LOL! Definately would be a nice edition to Classics, IMO.

The guns are removable. The video is just showing that they can be stored in vehicle mode.

Remember that Nightbird is an exclusive so it is likely that it is more expensive than the non-exclusive arcee-like figure. Hopefully Arcee will be closer to $50-60.
