Simple repaint of FansProject's Defender (or Springer) Added articulated hands, added weights to his toes to give better balance.

Because there are MANY potential rubbing issues on this figure, I left the factory paint apps, which acted as my base coat. Did several shades of washes and panel lined with a fine tip permanent marker. Dry brushed and highlighted with enamels.

He's also got a plethora of bonus items coming, as well as alternate mode shots (very soon)

The autobot symbol looks odd on him, for some reason. But the post work you did is amazing! I think its close to what they originally wanted to try with the figure.

think the reason the autobot symbol looks off is cuz we never saw one on the figure the whole time xD

As always, I'm amused at how you say "simple repaint" when its abso-friggin-awesome-licious... Good job. Curious as to what he gets for bonus items though... I may take a gander at the auction if this hits ebay

I thought the same thing as well. I have 4 different types too, clear, white, chrome, silver - the silver looked best. no idea, maybe cause it's a sin to actually name him an autobot ;)
