Someone said it in another thread or over on tfw, but the thing that is missing for me is the relation to Transformers. Micky was Prime, Donald was a Bug, Buzz is...just Buzz. To me this Buzz is the equivalent of any other brand of toy that features something that morphs, changes or transforms, but I would like something that links it to the actual Transformers.

I agree. I was honestly hoping for more characters like Mickey and Donald. Buzz doesn't even feel like a Disney character, he's too modern.

See, I don't care for this because Buzz just isn't cute as Mickey or Donald. So it doesn't highlight the contrast between the typical tone of Transformers and the typical tone associated with Disney.

Technically he's a Pixar character that Disney uses because they merged with Pixar.
