While the character design on the bottom is spot on to the War for Cybertron design. The vehicle mode is way too Earth-like to match the aesthetics of the other characters we've seen so far (Prime, Megs, Starscream).

If I was to put in my two cents, I'd say it was tied to the new series.

I hope WOC characters don't get an earth mode. And if it's a movie RPM, it looks out of place using an Animated alternate mode... wtf.
