It's sounding more and more likely that there will be a show to go with this game. They do say something along the lines that these games will allow Hasbro to create canon for future series.

So I guess this was the "transmission", then. Too bad it's mostly stuff we already know.

Still, now that the game's been officially announced we should start seeing some more material for it. I'd really like to see some official photos of the toys that'll be accompanying this game, or at least confirmation that there'll be an actual toyline and not just one Optimus Prime figure released as part of the Universe line.
