Desperatley Need Part for TFA Ultra Magnus

i really need a SPRING for a ratchet joint in my ultra magnus's shoulder. Apparently ratchet joints have a spring inside and that spring is missing from mine if anyone can provide me with one PM me ASAP i really need it thanks

yeah i did but they dont have any more animated
ultra magnus in stock now and they say if they dont have any in stock they'll send you another toy of the same value. i dont want to loose mine just because of a spring
