You can download the demo version of MGS Peace Walker PSP from this IGN link: http://psp.ign.com/articles/102/1027904p1.html
Unzip it and move the whole directory under "PSP/Games" on your memory stick. Works on my PSP 2000 with the latest v6.00 firmware. All the dialogs and subtitles are in Japanese but the menu, etc. are in English, though.
