Ooh, 70s baby blue suit Optimus Prime! Very snazzy.

Paint is uniform and looks smooth.

He came from recent KO black variant acquistion. His black version looked very cool, but i really was itchin' to paint something.
I just took him apart, removed the unwanted parts and covered the rims. Then just used Rona's Color Vision (plastic) baby-blue spray paint and went to town.
I was impressed how nicely the Color Vision paint laid onto the plastic. But now my garage floor is baby-blue too.
Looking at it again now, I want to paint roller (as suggested), I wonder if I should paint the black-sunroof now (but that would mean no more rub-autobot-symbol (lest i remove sticker and readd).
Yup, that is blasters-gun. Great eye.
I'm gonna put the silver trim back on his cab to complete the look.
I'm a newbie at customs and have never hand-painted (with brush etc) anything before.
Mustering up courage to do that, soon. As my opened TF toys seem rather dull (some of them) looking all stock n all.
