Ugh! This was probably the best TF show behind Beast Wars, too....too bad Hasbro had to throw it all out just a bit over a year since it premiered...

I personally blame Michael Bay for this tragedy.

Iye, she had a good run. Take the good, toss out the bad and on with the future.

Today I rode the bus home with two little kid and their mother; both kids had a Blurr figure open and in their hands. One also had a Ratchet which he didn't want to open because he didn't want to lose the tools.

They were going on and on all the way downtown about Blurr and the Elite Guard and Shockwave the traitor while transforming Blurr from a robot to car and back again.

And this sight made me sad when I recalled that Animated is over and these kids (not to mention ME - the big kid) probably won't be getting anymore animated figures.

Hope those kids enjoy movie figures, or they're SOL in the coming months.

The show ending is unfortunate as it's just now getting really interesting.

So is there going to be Animated Transformers 2? There should be something after the Revenge of Fallen to continue the popularity on Transformers.

WOW! Before TFCon 2009, the only TFA episode I saw was Season finale A Bridge Too Close (on Youtube). Great episode, good references, fresh ideas. But it didn't grab me. Once I gots to talkin at TFCon, I was hooked. What a phenomenal ending to an incredible series. A little too jokey at times (...Angry Archer?), but TFA always kept its composure. I was blown away by the extra effort on animation... come to think of it, its just like watching TF:TM in the mid-80's; the Matrix (on a CHAIN!) is where it belongs, the transformers fade to black when their sparks extinguish/leave, Susan Blu is Arcee, and Prime is a "cheap knock-off"... aside from the latter, this would have made a great full length movie for the new series. But thats not what they intended(so certain of myself), they stuck with their 22 minute template, rounded off the sub plots, and concluded the war. For those of who believe that more loose ends should be tied off, think of it this way... ITS REDUNDANT!

***I'll keep spoilers to a minimum***
Of course cybertron will vote Optimus as the new Magnus. Sari can sense what a machine is *thinking* so why wouldn't she be able to find out how she ended up in Sumdac's lab(Damn know-it-all kids). Decepticons will live forever. Prowl achieved what he sought out for, Arcee and the Earth are safe... I am a very happy boy....
My point is, its a good thing they didn't focus too much on a particular subject. Its more than meets the eye... I mean, more for your imagination/fanfic. Very well done series finale (if that is truly the case). Good job keeping it real TFA Team.
P.S. Chansformers taught Optimus Prime how to fly!
