How can anyone go Universe when the Henkei one is such an upgrade.

I dunno, I rather like more the universe version, I kinda like the use of blue on him instead of the black used on the henkei one and beside I am not a big fan of missile lunchers.
But even then, I may edding up getting any version at all, not a big fan of Hot Shot anyway.
