Do you think we'll see a Zellers release of these?

That is a question we'll need to ask Hasbro at TFcon.

So were gonna lose the animated line and THESE are getting shelf space someplace? I wish that Zombie line would just lay down and die. Make the molds in plastic and release them in universe.

I hope not, though at least they would be confined to Zellers shelves. But why were making more Titaniums instead of well good stuff if beyond me.

When they come out with some new molds of good characters I'll be interested.

The molds are there so it is just a matter of stamping them out in different colors. It is not like Hasbro is making new ones for Target...

Oh look! It's the redecos NO ONE ASKED FOR.

Why wouldn't they just do Soundblaster and Primal Prime...

Man, being a compulsive completionist.. this irks me big time, since of course, like a fool, I have all the titaniums to date. This.. makes me want to sell them all, so that I don't have the urge to buy them.
Alternators deserve a re-release, even as just exclusives. Not titaniums. argh.

True say. Did they actually say when they'll be released?

So Japan gets Alternity die cast goodness, and we are maybe going to get this?
I hope for new molds at least. Maybe a colour correct, Ultra Magnus with fixed shoulders.

They are universe.

Well, being a total fanboy of everything War Within related, I'm pretty excited about getting a new repaint of Thrust. If that means Dirge & Ramjet could also be around the corner, then I'm 100% sold. I'd love to have WW versions of coneheads next to their Classics counterparts the same way I do with the original Seeker trio.

Unlike many other people, though, I don't see this as a 'return' by any stretch. Looks to me that it's just an injection of a few one-off figures from various past series specifically for the 25th Anniversary and will in no way affect what is or isn't going on with Animated, Movie, Universe, etc. If we're really lucky, maybe we'll also see a couple of store exclusive Alternators repaints too. Come on Ironhide & Trailbreaker! :)

They are universe.

I said make them in plastic and release them in Universe.

I don't consider the 6 inchers "universe". Sure, it was the first line to put together various transformers worlds together in the same scale, but unfortunatly most of the toys were crappy.

So ummmmmm Cosmos and Arcee then? I guess since Arcee is in the movie it's a good timing to release the toy....... then again we have that Animated mold too....

that defensor paint scheme iagravates me a bit.

nice thought, but so would have been releasing the full size rid one through some other medium, like tfcllub, or a store exclusive if one of the brick or mortars was willing

in all honesty though, it is a nice atempt to try and redeem for what was sorely missed.

my heart still weeps.

well not really, but an rid defensor would a been kick arse.

Warning post is going to be a little BIG on the images.

We were going to get a wave of 6 inchers in the form of a repaint of Optimal Optimus and Soundwave into Primal Prime and Soundblaster (with Ravage instead of Laserbeak), but those didn't get released but did get into the test shot form to be shown at Botcon 2007 along with also the cancelled 3 inchers of the line (Like Black Rodimus, Nemesis Prime, Cliffjumper, ect), but we also saw some unpainted resins at the Hasbro tour in the form of G1 Shockwave, Cybertron Bumblebee, G1 Arcee and G1 Cosmos.

I like the transforming titaniums. The fact these are repaints is more than a little annoying...

That said I'm still getting Thrust.

Primal Prime. G1 Soundblaster w/Ravage, G1 Shockwave, Cybertronian Bumblebee, G1 Cosmos, G1 Arcee

If they released ANY of these I'd purchase them in a heartbeat. I am a little torn, as I actually kind of like the RID Hot Zone as I missed the opportunity of buying the RID Optimus Prime. :(

If you look hard enough, you just might still be able to find one at Zellers or Toys R Us... ;)

Primal Prime, G1 Soundblaster w/Ravage, G1 Shockwave, Cybertronian Bumblebee, G1 Cosmos, G1 Arcee

I want Arcee, Bumblebee, Shockwave and Soundblaster.

Just when I thought my Titanium Seeker collection was complete too. :p Oh well, looks like I'll have at least one more to pick up.

Does anyone have the RiD Prime Titanium? I skipped over it when it was originally out since it's super-mode only and I don't like the design of RiD Prime's super-mode, but I might pick it up now that it's been redecoed as another character if the mould's good.
