Bah, nonsense about this Ultra Magnus death and passing the matrix to Optimus to be named Optimus Magnus... We all know that Utlra Magnus will be on the brink of death, the matrix will be affected by the spark and it will have him fuse with Optimus and this will bring on the new leader: Omega Prime! It will be one of the Starscream clones.

Plenty of bots died in Beast Wars, but that was a more serious show.

I can't see them killing off any of the core Autobot crew, I hope Wreck-Gar makes another appearance though, and annoys the hell out of Ratchet in the process.

i never liked hot rod (rodimus whatever you wan't to call him.) or anyone else as autobot leader except for optimus.it just doesen't seem to fit as well as optimus.
