Hrmm... I'm not liking how often the word "if" is mentioned in reference to Universe coming back. I'm sure we'll be okay, but still.

Considering all of the homages and g1 inspired repaints of the past few years have pretty much been LEADING UP to Classics/Universe, a line that has had trouble staying on the shelves due to it's huge popularity, I doubt they'd fail to bring it back after the movie. The market has shown it can support 3 main lines (movie, cartoon aka animated, & universe) well, maybe 2.5 since movie and universe aren't coinciding.

I saw some art floating around (Don Figuera I think?) That had Soundwave as a handheld voice recorder, which looked good and allowed his G1 side to shine through. We already have a number of candidates for Classics Soundwave, but none of them are ideal. :/
