My first impression... What a pathetic sword, I don't care about faction switching or hand changing, he's grey... Did the designers even watch Beast Wars.
I've said it before this is going to be a hard one to buy, but I will.

The sword bothers me too as well as the tail deflector, but I love the fact that you can hive him the claw hands since the fists I really questioned. I'll probably get this one to fool around with on the desk and get the Henkei for display.

But I would nix the faction swap gimmick.

The mold looks good, but I don't like the way they made all his blue parts purple. This might be the first time I wait for the Henkei release of a TF rather than buying the Hasbro version.
