i recently aquired another "donor" ani soundwave from fellow member astrana(:D thanks man:D )and started messing with it.his head is from the robot heroes g1 blaster.all it took to mount was a 3/16th hole drilled into the bottom of the head.the rest is basically just a repaint of sw into blaster.then he was left in a 90 proof isopropyl bath over night which softened all the nasty bright green paint apps enough to be removed completely with a toothbrush.it was because of a screw up that i ended up taking off all the paint completely on the rear upper canopy but i think it looks nicer being just clear smoked.dupont silver metallic auto enamels was used for his over all scheme but all of the red, yellow, black and blue details are all vinyl.

Wow, that's a great job. Love the classic asymmetrical look of the chest. That vinyl stuff looks really sweet. Where do you get it?

Slick work, my friend.

A tad more red in Bot mode would be a nice touch, IMO.

That's Epic, man
It's damn near flawless, the only thing I'd like to see is some details on the tires or rims.

i usually get vinyl from my work.(i work as a corporate signage tech and we go through yards of the stuff in all different colors)my work gets it from a place called "eastwest plastics".if you have any local signage shops, pop in and ask them to see a vinyl color "swatch" book and im sure they would be more than willing to sell you a few small pieces in different colors and textures.:)

Really nice! I like how you used the RH head -- it suits him.

I like how the silver looks with the red in 'bot mode; it's a nice contrast. I think the van mode could use a bit more colour though. It looks kind of blah right now.

I never imagined a Blaster from that mold, but it worked so very well. It's brilliant!:D
