Classic's Universe Power Convoy

Spencer from Ages3&Up commissioned me to do a Powered Convoy from the Classics Prime figure. Now, I don't have a Powered Convoy to go off of, but I know he's blue to the regular red. What I don't know is, the legs, feet, hand and head..What colors are they? The Gen-1 toy looks to be the same blue of the Gen-1 Prime, but, the customs I've seen people make, they seem to go all black, not the dark blue..Does anyone know ?

Yeah that guy does an amazing job, I'm trying to make mine different from his, but, his is certainly a quality to aim for.

Thanks for bringing my Powered Convoy repaint up, GMFan101! :P

I thought about doing a City Commander set to match... but the only problems would be "matching" certain colors: Powered Convoy (super mode) has red arms and blue legs, whereas the cab section has blue arms and black legs. This wasn't an issue back with the G1 Magnus mold, but since Classics Magnus' arms and legs can still be seen when combined with the City Commander set, you'd either get a color mis-matched City Commander, or a non-Diaclone-accurate Classics Powered Convoy cab...
Plus, it doesn't help that there are no exposed screw-holes on the City Commander set, making the disassembly a tad more painful...

Back on topic, though, Us And Them, I'm looking forward to seeing your end resulting Powered Convoy too. :D

It would be amazing to see a customized FansProject armour set, but I'm willing to bet they are going to release the Powered Convoy version after the Shadow Commander set is released.
