finally got my mitts on galvatron(thanks astrana:D )but i totally didnt like how grey he was.that and the fact that everytime i transformed him he fell apart into seven pieces:mad: i tried going for a updated g1 color scheme but for some wierd reason my camera turns purples "blue".hes actually more of a cartoon purple.painted with regal purple enamel, all the red highlights are metallic vinyls and most of the silver highlights are pearl flash vinyls that change colors.i really like the amount of details molded into him.i never noticed how much there actually was until i panel lined him with a black gundam pen.i cant wait to get my hands on cyclonus!!:D http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj172/chansformers/classicsgalvatron007.jpg

Awesomeness! I love your work.

Tell me, did you manage to address the "falling apart" bits when you did the repaint? Is he more stable now?

Looks cool, but it's a bit to much purple (IMO)
I think it could use a bit of breaking up with some grey on the legs and/or arms

I agree with Nemesis, some grey would help break up all that purple. Otherwise, its a really good repaint job. :)

I'd have to third this opinion. Great job as always though.

I do like the repaint, but the color does need to be broke up.

Tell me, did you manage to address the "falling apart" bits when you did the repaint? Is he more stable now?before, everytime i transformed him, something or another would just fall off.i havent had issues since and the main area i pounded on the clear nail polish was the infamous left shoulder joint.it hasnt fallen off since.:D

I think it could use a bit of breaking up with some grey on the legs and/or armsi see what you guys mean.i was debating whether or not to do his upper thighs in silver and his rockets in his right forearm red before but im kinda happy with the results so far.but like they say, nothing is ever truly finished!!!:D

Hey man, as long as your happy with it that's all that matters.

If we like it, it's a bonus.

Very cool, makes me want to attempt to paint mine as well. I have a question for you though, where did you get the decepticon decals? Thanks!:)
