Perhaps TFA wasn't self-deprecating, understated or sarcastic enough for our Brit cousins.

This is surprising because I didn't know it was doing badly over there. But after reading some of the comments it seems that most fans were having a hard time watching it because it was only offered on a specialty channel.

It's not unusual for things like this to happen to a show though. I mean, look at Doctor Who. Extremely popular in the UK, has a cult following in most other countries, and yet to my knowledge still hasn't been picked up by a major broadcaster in the US.

Doctor who is on the sci-fi channel in the States and they have already aired season (series) 4.
Way ahead of Canada.
thank goodness for the internet.
Season 4 comes out on DVD in Nov here in Canada, that will work out as being at least 4-5 weeks before the season finished on CBS.

Good to see the British have some taste and don't waste their time watching something that, well, frankly sucks !

Crap even my brothers best friends son, who is all of 6 and loves G1, watched the first 3 episodes turned to us and says...this show sucks !

I thinks it's more Hasbro UK and TV stations not showing it on prime channels and times that's doing it, just look at anime over here.

That's weird when I was there in May their "cartoon" networks seemed readily available every place I went to (Family Houses)

Most people are on Satellite there from what I saw, one would think Cartoon Networks are pretty main stream in their packages...
