Nice packaging. I like Meg's new color and if Prime has silver instead of grey (hard to tell with the picture), i will probably consider it.

This is kinda a strange surprise. Anyways it has Special Edition on the box so now I HAVE to get it. Maybe I will even consider keeping these in the box for display (probably not).

Will keep Megs and Prime inbox for display. Dragstrip and Overkill will be released from their cardboard prisons no doubt.

meh...nice boxes and new paint won't improve upon p.o.s. toys, especially if these are engineered exactly like the Classics 2-pack.

I was not a fan of these molds to begin with but I am stoked to get a Dragstrip in Classics Mirage stylez. To bad I already have a Mirage and I will have a hard time validating a second of the same mold.

I am starting to see this time in transformers as it was in 86. (when they licensed molds from other companies and reused almost every mold they could.) Hasbro can't make them fast enough to satiate the demand so they are going to reuse every mold that that wasn't a complete POS:eek: and a few that are. COME ON HASBRO. NEW = Money, OLD= PASS.

Well Prime and Megatron were crap toys, I got rid of mine, so I won't be picking them up. Dragstrip and Overkill are definite buys.

Changed my mind... Overkill and Dragstrip only.... almost forgot why I sold off the Classics 2-pack version :p

Props to Hasbro for finally giving Meg's a tank mode with G1 colors (been waiting for that to happen ever since G2), but it's a shame that it's on such a crappy mold.

I'm more impressed with the packaging than any of these figures. Hopefully this is what a lot of the 25th Anniversary stuff will look like.

It's not. 25th anniversary is just a silver triangle on the corner of universe packaging (and probably animated and movie 2) that says 1984-2009.

Now I want Megatron, Overkill, and Dragstrip. But it looks like it will be a money pit to get these things. :(

These boxes are so awesome...love the black and white pictures. These are perfect for MISB.

Overkill looks interesting so I might pick him up, the others are of no interest to me and will definitely be passed on.

I still love my two pack Prime and Megs and these look even better. I am a sucker for good packaging. The only thing I would like to see changed on that packaging is that Hasbro logo and the collectors club logo are changed to black and white.

A lot of fans should realize what Hasbro is doing for fans here. They are giving fans what they have been asking for since seeing these figures from the get go.
